A girl is commissioned to paint over an old concrete illustration, in which to her surprise, she sinks into. She befriends a painted dragon who has a wing missing.

Yah. things like this is proof that in the long run the studio's days are numbered. Big budget will always be more impressive, but if you want a good story….more and more I'm seeing it in these short films.
