I would argue that this is a University problem, but I also know that Colleges in the US are very similar to Universities … unlike in Canada, where they are more vocational and hands-on oriented than Universities.
Wasn't like that at my college. I never had a single TA, my largest class was 30 students, and my average class size was about 12-14. :-)

That's why I just buy the books and read them. Oh, did you do it for the job? You see, this is what happens when profit is the motive.
we never had TAs in my college. If you had a problem, you either got a tutor or went to talk with the professor to get it hammered out.
