Huh? What's wrong with a utilikilt? Seriously its shorts without the pants leg…..Freaking Americans getting twitchy on anything that is outside their narrow definition of "normal". Granted that isn't JUST an American trait but it is one of our more particular behaviors that annoys the crap out of me.
In fact historically men wore skirts all over the world. It's kind of hard to swing a sword and kick some ass wearing pants.
Not having been to any cons(yet), I'll probably be the swag addict, and/or the booth hover guy, and possibly one of the Doctors…

You forgot the hoes that always wear only 10% of what the real costume should be, like a Batman costume that only barely covers her crotch and gigantic boobs. Ugh, those are the worse at conventions.
I would say those are the best at conventions.. but hey, if you don't like women, that's okay.
