  1.  I wouldn't call that 42% off… Tracktor is showing the 6month price on Amazon hovering around $105.  So ya, it is 42% off the 'retail' price but let's face it – the retail price is rarely the actual price!  This thing is more like 15-20% off.

    Also note that while it is rechargeable, it does not come with a dock.  You have to plug in a USB cable to charge it.  For a remote control, that actually is a bit of a pain.  If you upgrade to the next model up you get a docking station to recharge it! (And pay about twice as much…)
