With names like “Beam Me Up Scotchie” and “Phasers on Stun Punch”, there’s no possible way to go wrong if you mix these at your next “Trekker” party… unless the borgs decide to show up of course. Then having a “successful” party is probably the last thing you’ll care about.

Aw, man! You posted this two months too late! I had a geek party for my birthday in August and featured some unusual sci-fi related cocktails, including a variation on Romulan ale. Also, a Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster, but there were no takers for that one.
I'd definitely go for a Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster! That's the first thing I want to have on my 21st birthday in April ;)

The Enterprise is just a Manhattan without the cherry. I think I actually see a cherry in the photo so it's just a Manhattan.
I remember Quark's bar at the Star Trek experience in Vegas had some pretty messed up drinks, especially the Warp Core Breach that included a fair amount of Grain alcohol.
