This sign is in a place in Barcelona at a neighborhood near the Ramblas that saw a lot of robberies (mostly to tourists). The people who lived there and the owners of the shops asked to the major to put these cameras and the crimes went down a lot. I know it seems ironic… but it's hard to fight crime at tourist areas without putting an army of policemen that make the places less attractive to the visitors of the city.
