Additionally, he wasn't suing those that commented on the videos. He sued the families of the children that posted his video on the internet without his permission.

I can't believe his ego was so fragile that he felt he needed to file a frivolous lawsuit and extract some pain and cash out of people who commented on his original clip. He should be thankful to those who took that material and turned it into something entertaining. I shudder to think what kind of bottom-feeding lawyer this kid is likely to become with that in his past. Why would this blog want to give this kid any more fame is beyond me. His 15 minutes of fame is so OVER.
