London, I believe, but only because I remember this happening, that the ball ended up balanced on top of the net.
You're right though, the quality is crap.

silviu, I don't think you mean "staged." I think the cops were called, and they waited outside for the robbers to come out to minimize the danger and possibility of hostage-taking inside the bank. This happens all the time. What's weird about it is that the cops didn't catch on that there was a robber still in the car — the one who drove away after they chased the robbers.

the one with the bank robbers is staged. you can see one of the police cars parked and the second one approaching slowly, waiting for the queue to rush in.
