I am experiencing a problem that seems to be afflicting a number of users in that the battery is not holding a charge. LiveScribe support recommend deleting everything recorded onto the pen... so I am going to try that tomorrow after uploading the sessions... will let you know how I get on. But I have also been experiencing messages about USB connectivity failing, so it could be more of a hardware issue, but I want to test any and all options before sending the pen back. Before this, the recordings were excellent, and I even opted to buy a package including hardcover notebooks, a new case for the pen itself and supplementary cartridges...
