Americans pay more than New Zealand for cellphone service…..I don’t believe that. For a start it’s virtually impossible to get a decent phone for ‘free’ via contract here.

Ah… But you don’t get anything for free, even via contract. I recently let my contract expire and my bill mysteriously went down $2 a month. I assume that’s how they cover the $50 every 2 year update rebate, by charging you for it in your 2 year contract.

I find it aggravating that I barely use about a quarter of my available monthly minutes, yet can not get a smaller contract that better matches my usage. Also that I’ve got to pay an additional monthly fee to get texting and internet when I’ve got such a high unused portion of my plan.

What a waste of 2:41. Not that I went more than 20 seconds into it. All those points could’ve been made on a web page read in about 20 seconds. And no stupid frigging sound effects and music.

Yes I agree with you completely! I live where there’s no broadband available and have to use dialup. I think it would be nice if GAS (geeks are sexy) would take the time to do a little more of a writeup then they do instead of just plopping down a video to watch!
