When the servers weren't down it looked like it could have some potential. I managed to snag a few streets near the capital in Madison, but it took forever. I hope they're getting it fixed. There's another game that I'm ridiculously addicted to called <a href="http://www.parallelkingdom.com/home.shtml" rel="nofollow">Parallel Kingdom</a> where you also claim territory on a Google Map. It's a little simpler and its been out for a few months. I'm pretty sure its still free in iTunes. I tried Monopoly City Streets.
