I'm pretty sure it's easy enough to understand, and I can't explain it any better than in caveman terms, but:
Energy out.
Energy move.
Energy hit.
Energy shake camera.
Newton's Laws of Physics explains it a bit better than I can, but that's all it really is. Still pretty cool, though.
