If the Harmony adaptor (which I have just purchased) hadn't been avaliable I would have kept using a seperate PS3 remote and the Harmony for the rest of my setup. I've used a number of universal remotes over the years and the fact is that the Harmony makes my somewhat complicated home theatre system simple to use for people like my wife who don't want to have to understand which componants are used for different functions or which channels the amp, tv etc have to be on to see, and hear a particular source. This device may be relatively cheap, but unless you have a very simple AV setup I would still suggest you look at the Harmony remotes before deciding. Like Scot, I like my Harmony remote.
