Notice that there is a section of the slide that is hidden by a slight hill. That is where the stuntman actually stops yet the camera moves as if it was a complete shot. The person that leaves the slide airborne is all green screen compositing. A second stuntman in the same suit and helmet is actually in the pool and uses something to make the splash then he just pops up. Really Simple and looks great! Nice Job!

So how is it fake you ask?

Notice that there is a section of the slide that is hidden by a slight hill. First he flys way too far abnd too fast and second and more telling; if he has that much speed he would burst out the far side of the pool.. You guys must have seen the home videos where the guy runs accross a garden, jumps in his pool and slides straight out the other side?.. Well the guy in the video must be going at least 10x as fast so how come he just stops dead? Plus it would be about a 1:50 chance of actually hitting the pool, even if you had done lost of tests, there are just too many variables to hit a target that small consistantly. Great vid regardless..... Apparently it's a viral advertising vid for microsoft office..?

Great fun and made my jaw drop but it is quite obviously fake. It is one shot and you see the man slide down himself. You tell me where they cut it. They happened to calculate it correctly. Plus they don't need much water when the slide is so steep and he's going fast enough to make it up the ramp. Seems real to me with all the calculations being correct...think about that.

The guy does come from pretty high up and going that fast wouldn't create a giant splash like a cannon ball…and please tell me where they edited this video? Some of ya'lls observations are wrong, or skewed based on the perspective of the viewing angle. The arms of the flying object, whether person or mannequin, clearly made a revolution during flight and then tucked into a partial cannonball just before landing. Being viewed from below, it's difficult to determine the angle and distance of descent, launch, and the height of the kiddie pool relative to the take-off point. While I believe this could be faked, I don't think the argument is as simple as some of you are making it out to be... Those Euros can be crazy.

I think the jury is still out on this.
