I'm well aware they still use squiggly L's to denote pounds in Lithuania) Few games have the obvious gameplay and attractiveness to get the average consumer to spend the NEW price when they can wait, read reviews by trusted sources, and get it when it joins the rest of game-awesomeness on the Used shelf. Now I'm older and need to buy things like these myself, but why would I want to spend £40 on a new released game, when I can wait a few years until it's around £20!? Or get it second hand for cheaper sooner? The games industry needs to learn when they continue to try and sell games for £40/£45, theyre going to less money. The averagfe person just cannot afford to pay that on something so non-essential! Back when i was younger and it was my parents who paid for them, I bought tonnes of games all the time.
