I thought the miniseries was great but it was a bit weird as they have changed the cast a little bit and I think they are considering this latest set a "series." Does this mean that they won't be giving us anymore Torchwood while we wait the incredibly long time for new Dr. Who episodes?

i havent watched the whole mini yet, but agree with the above poster this mini is a lot better than the regular series.

I really enjoyed "Children of Earth" (watched one per night all week…thank you internet). I actually liked it quite a bit more than the other Torchwood stuff.

Amazingly tense moral situations and emotional stuff for what was typically a somewhat darker Doctor Who. It really dropped down the "silly" and pumped up the "sci-fi drama"…which was really nice.
