Awesome Star Wars Trash Compactor Bookends

Inspired by the garbage compactor scene from Star Wars episode IV, these limited-edition hand-painted bookends are currently available for pre-order at the official Star Wars Shop. Unfortunately, at $189 per pair, they’re not what we could exactly call “cheap” and will mostly be of interest to collectors and hardcore Star Wars fans.

Naturally, if you want to recreate a more accurate depiction of the original scene, you’ll have to flip the bookends around:
