Thanks for this article – it makes everything make a lot more sense! I was under the impression that I could still manage multiple networks from the same code and as I am a recent sign up to Adify (in the last week) I was struggling to work out what I was doing wrong. Nothing, apparently – it's just a change to how they do things. I'm prepared to give it a go and see what happens.

I completely agree – I think it's very silly decision. Another post on the web is titled "Adify commits online suicide"

The whole attraction was serving all networks from one piece of code. Now that is gone – what's the point of using adify?

I guess they'll get punished slowly but surely.

@Kenton It isnt about the ad serving, Adify about provide multiple platforms and networks with quality advertisers and then sorting them into certain verticals.

That does suck, but there are other good, free, open source platforms to server up adds based on the quality, price, arbitrary deciding factor etc.

I WAS an Adify affiliate, long enough to do all the setup work. Then a few weeks go by, and when I bothered to check the site, I found I had been rejected without notice.
