I was actually appalled to discover that my work laptop didn't have SP1 installed on it, which is a requirement for the upgrade. So I upgraded that one twice. By then, SP1 would fix the initial problems and SP2 would fix the problems caused by the SP1 fixes. Maybe now he'll give Vista a try. Ya know, before they cut support to his XP and start shipping Windows 7.
