I believe Super Mario Bros 3 is the biggest-selling non-bundled title, which seems apt enough to me. Otherwise, we have to endure daft comments like "Minesweeper is the most popular videogame of all time!" which might be true (either that or Solitaire), but few people would have downloaded Minesweeper by choice. ;) I realise it’s Nintendo’s way but I don’t think bundled games should count, no.
