It seems certain parts of the machine are remote from one another, and they just cut out the traveling from one section to another... For example, with the cell phones, the machine could have continued on in a completely different house for all we know. And from some of the cuts in the video, it seems like it was restarted several times. Editing video together to get a complete run just seems like cheating to me.
