You raised a good question, so I checked amazon.com, and there are several Rolodex models listed. Now, as to whether anyone actually buys and uses them, I don't know either. But they're at least available.

I stopped using any sort of business card file a long time ago. I keep a card around long enough to get the data into electronic form, then it's on to recycling.
