Ha! This is awesome, I never knew there was a town called Vulcan. I think it’s extra funny that Leonard Nimoy was lobbying for them to have the premiere there! They must really have shown him a good time after that Star Trek convention.

Wow, I’ve actually BEEN to Vulcan (the town in Alberta). Trust me, there really isn’t much there… They do have a giant space-ship out front though!

What a great story! I’d love to see the premiere here…however, the only town of note of which I can think is “Red Bank.” Doesn’t quite have the same ring as Vulcan. :)
