Works great for me. I think it is a serious PEBKAC error you got there. Sadly a fix for that is extremely long and expensive one.

Check your end man, I had NO problems viewing the video, nor have I ever had any problems with GaS anything.

If anything check your tech manual under "Operator Error" chapter
