Because of one problem, they're using it as a excuse to fix another.

Because there isn't any work, use the spare time to fix the lack of babies. They ain't trying to fix the recession with it.

I'm sorry…I don't see how one relates to the other. How does more babies = improving the economy? There aren't enough jobs for people already…how does making more people help?
