Sure, for true computer geeks, the concept of moving media to a server for broadcasting over a network is/was a no-brainer.  For the average consumer, the concept was a revelation (as was the stratospheric price for a n00b, idiot-proof, turnkey system with full-color LCD-screen remote, lol...$10,000+ and WAY up from there, with add-ons and storage growth...).</description>
