To find out, author Benjamin Wallace sampled the world’s most expensive products, including a bottle of 1947 Chateau Cheval Blanc, 8 ounces of Kobe beef and the fabled (notorious) Kopi Luwak coffee.     Penn & Teller did something similar on their show Bullshit, where they served people foods that was just made behind the kitchen of a restaurant by some average joe, but the people were led to believe it was something else entirely. Apparently everyone was fooled. Even the “top-notch” bottled water that was supposedly highly renown was just water from a hose. It was hilarious.
