I rather suspect that shortly after Chrome is ported to Linux, some open source community guys will start work on porting Chromium to FreeBSD (if it even needs porting by that point — maybe it'll just need to be recompiled).

Hmm… the middle mouse button scrollwheel works for me in Chrome. AFAIK its been using the same Windows message since they introduced that feature in Windows, so I wonder what could be different in your case.

Here's another one: I can middle-click on most links to open in a new tab (just like Firefox), but it doesn't work on the "Back" button. Grrr.

On top of the things you posted, and the bookmark issues as Pidgin pointed out I have a couple other little issues with it still. One being no middle mouse button 'scrolling'- I forget the proper vernacular for it, but it's when you press down the middle mouse button and then you scroll by moving your mouse up and down. The other thing that's a pain(although not Chrome's fault at all) is I have come across a number of websites that feel the need to constantly bug me about my browser being "out of date".
