According to a new survey, 46% of women would choose the Internet over sex for two weeks. For men, the number drops to 30%. So does this mean that women are more Internet-addicted or less sex-addicted?
And sex isn’t the only thing that people are willing to give up. Shopping, gym memberships, dining out, television… In fact, 58% of people would rather go without television for two weeks than without the Internet. Thank goodness for YouTube and Hulu, right?
If people watched more television before the Internet… does this mean that they were having more sex, too?
Question of the day: What would you give up for the Internet? Would you rather have sex or the Internet for two weeks? What if it were two months? A year? What about television? Your cell phone? How does the Internet rank in your life?

Our television aerial is busted and so we are 3 weeks into an experiment of only using a 2MB internet connection, here in the UK. So far we have decided to put off even potentially sorting a replacement till after Christmas, maybe even longer.
A 2 MB connection would be great! Or did you mean 2 Mb?
Since I’m in a long distance relationship, I’m only ever getting sex when we manage to be in the same state, in which case I’d gladly give up the internet temporarily!

If I give up sex and television….does my internet run better? Eh, what am I saying…I would give up sex for the internet…I technically already have….
Meh… No girlfriend right now, so not a problem for me. But then again, even when I did have one I think I still spent this much time on the computer.

Well I COULD go 2 weeks without internet. I COULD also 2 weeks without sex. Fortunately, I don’t have to give up neither :)
There is no way in hell I would give up sex for Internet. And I REALLY like the internet… :P SO just imagine how much I like sex. HAHAHAHA
T.V. I have no problem with. In fact I have not had a TV for 5 years. Well it is there. Just nothing plugged into it and it is never turned on. When I rent a movie every now and then, I watch it n my PC.
I like the internet, I like TV, but I don’t think I’d give up sex for that… The satisfaction is soooo much better when you have sex than when you check your email or facebook…LOL
For two weeks ? I would give up sex. Longer than that it would be the other way around :) I have given up watching TV many years ago. And so should you ! Yes, all of you !
I would give up a kidney, part of my liver, one of my eyes, an ear, bone marrow, a foot, and sex all for the internet.
