I can understand that financial giants can’t go under and need to be saved, but this is downright stupid.

I think the big three cars have gotten much nicer and more reliable. Gas milage… meh. Maybe if they didn’t pay jim bob to tighten 5 bolts for $80k/year they would have a chance.

Very apt. Saw it on the Buffalo Beast a while back and it still makes me chuckle.

I haven’t bought a duh-mestic car in over two decades, and I see no reason to go back now. Even if the Big 3 automakers survive this, which is unlikely.
