Bawls, man, Bawls! My god. That’s the best energy drink out there. Can’t get it in my state anymore, though, much to my disappointment. Back in high school, though, a hip friend of mine would sell them to us out of his jacket pockets. Red Bull and Monster are close seconds to Bawls, though.

Not sure who did this review but I’m LMAO. All you people talkin bout energy drinks…listen up. NOS has a lot more caffeine and taurine than AMP, Rockstar, Monster and Red Bull…so if you really want max performance dont bother with a soda like AMP or something that tastes like cough syrup like Red Bull or Monster. A while ago I saw “24, the energy drink” can for sale at a strange foods shop. It was branded after the tv show. I didn’t have the balls to buy a can to taste it.

alot of the ones that got good reviews are actually pretty weak. A prime example of this is MT Dew getting the same buzz rating as a Monster. and alot of these i have tried and never drank again because of how weak they are. Also it should be noted that 5 hour energy will work if you have had no sleep, and energy drinks simply arn’t working anymore (though it doesn’t give you a hyper feeling, it feels more natural, like a good night’s rest)

Who is going to take seriously a review of energy drinks from someone does not like coffee? Wimp.

A pot of strong coffee made from good fresh-ground beans costs a lot less than a buck, contains no sugar, no artificial colors or flavors, and uses no brightly colored container to manufacture or recycle. Plenty of kick, without all the waste.

Mix it up with an occasional pot of strong tea. Maybe a bit of sweetener (Stevia – no sugar, it’s seriously bad for you), or a bit of cream from time to time.

Energy drinks are a waste of money, bad for you, and bad for the environment – just not a good idea.

Good old fashioned tea works for me. An Irish brand called Barry’s to be specific. Nice and strong, with one mighty caffeine kick. Just the thing to get me going in the morning.

I had the best energy drink of my life in Australia (or was it New Zealand??) – V. I have NO idea what it was, but I grabbed a bottle of it and bounced around all day. GREAT taste too. Of course, that was 8 1/2 years ago, so I might be overselling it.

I’m curious – what order did you drink these in and how much time was between them? I’m thinking there could have been a synergistic effect that might skew your data.
