Wow, and I thought the USA was bad with censorship. Everyone should have the right to freedom of speech. Blogging isn't a form of newspaper, it's more of an online journal people can see and read.

Um, if you haven't been keeping track of Italian politics recently, the Fascists are already in power – and even trying to 'rehabilitate' the notion of Fascism.

Berlusconi is unbelievably corrupt, has all sorts of ties with corporations (some of which he owns) and the Mafia. He is practically a poster-boy for the Mussolini brand of fascism.

Um, if you haven’t been keeping track of Italian politics recently, the Fascists are already in power – and even trying to ‘rehabilitate’ the notion of Fascism.

Erm, friend Silvio B. is not exactly left wing. Or a total stranger to the maffia, for that matter.
It may have been a law to ban out the fascists coming to power, but it did not take into account that the fascists are using democracy again to gain control.
If that's what the people want…

This may recommend a resource exhaustion attack on the registration office. If a substantial number of bloggers register, they will be completely buried in paperwork.
