Vista has just totally let me down, and no amount of ads, even IF the were good ads (which theyre not), will make me change my self-formed opinion of Vista. Someone ought to tell the worlds most popular OSs engineers that SearchIndexing should run in the background, and not all the time and hog ALL the resources. Anyone whos not a programmer could even tell you that. (I am sure it is the indexing service that causes all the Disk thrashing, checked it out with Reliability and Performance monitor). Same goes for the Defrag Service. And when I want a backup of my Documents (I have Vista Ultimate) I dont want to copy almost a gig of Program Files....What the hell does that have to do with My Documents?!?!?! And a whole bunch of other reasons which will make me most likely switch to Mac, ads or no ads. Give me back my XP!
