lol, this is actually true. Some high chiefs really push their employees to the limit, very often to save their own neck.
Gotta wonder how well the laptop would survive the swim back to the lifeboat. I guess she expects him to swim with one hand and keep the other one with the laptop above water. I’ve had jobs that felt like that.
Funny, I was picturing the guy in front of the boat saying that… that kind of comment would be more likely to come from a men :)
Female bosses can be pretty ruthless, too. And her mouth is open, so she must be talking — unless it’s just an expression of shock at being asked to make use of her built-in flotation devices.
She probably urgently needs the laptop so she can update her Twitter feed! LOL.
