Daewoo Brings Room Dividers into the 21st Century

September 4, 2008 by Kiltak |

Folding Screens have been used to add some privacy to rooms for centuries, and up to now, no one had thought of any innovations to improve the concept. But thanks to Daewoo, things are about to change.

At the IFA show in Berlin this week, the Korean company introduced the DID-FS, a digital folding screen that features four fully-customizable LCD panels. Each panel in positioned horizontally on its own wooden section of the screen and can be loaded with any picture that strikes your fancy. Unfortunately, there are no words on pricing or availability as of yet.
