At least with a Segway you can hop off and do your business. But don't you see? While you're riding this, the framework is wrapped around you, rather than you mounted on it, so, with some garment tweaking, you can do your business WHILE you ride it! I think it's just silly to call it a Deus Ex Machina when it doesn't miraculously solve any problems whatsoever, and possibly presents whole new ones.

At least with a Segway you can hop off and do your business.

As a concept. It would even probably be extremely awesome as a prototype. Due to the fact that it doesn’t use any gasoline (from what I read), it would be highly economic. However, Yamaha will more than likely make a limited number, having prices sky-high. The fact that it is relatively small but still does 75 would be great for congestion on the highways, but, it is not meant to haul groceries, nor does it seem to be more then a one seater. I’ll keep an eye on this one, but it has to come a long way for me to really want to buy one, and even then, the price can’t be outrageous. Like the Segway, I would probably ride it as much as I could, but it would be someone elses.
