		<description>It seems a bit contradictory to develop a ship for &quot;long-range&quot; surveillance activities, which is not able to adequately face sea conditions &gt;4. Although 30-40 knots are not frequent everywhere, they are not so rare too, even in quiet sea areas (let alone higher latitudes).
This seems to be a nice experiment, but a lot of work still remains to be done to face real weather conditions out there.</description>
