I love Soapboxxer. It has great potential and and is a fun place to hang out. I spent alot of time there when the site was new but found it was becoming a time-sucker for me. It’s too bad so many spammers are trying to ruin it but if lot’s of people start submitting good content then the crap will be lost in the mix.

They were jerks for abandoning it. As you can see I am in the screenshot. Since it was abandoned we have been getting a lot of spam threads that you see scattered there.

This blog post was retracted the next day it was posted. “Thanks for all the suggestions on how to improve the site, every last one of which we read. It’s been great to see the beginnings of a community spring up around SoapBoxxer. But the community, however interesting and cool, is too small to merit the site’s further development. That’s why all active work on SB has stopped. If you love SB and want to see it survive, the best thing you can do is tell your friends about it.
