Godwin and the MPD are clearly, obviously violating the blogger's First Amendment rights. Even a judge who thinks the internet is a bunch of tubes with dump trucks in them should know their Constitution forwards and backwards. How about another tack for MPD? It is run by one man, a former officer, and allows current officers to post anonymously. Godwin is going after the site to get the sources, who published some classified info about a murder a few years ago.
