Your genes are not your fate

In the following presentation, Dr. Dean Ornish shares new research that shows how adopting healthy lifestyle habits can affect a person at a genetic level. For instance, he says, when you live healthier, eat better, exercise, and love more, your brain cells actually increase.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I think I’ll go run a few miles on my threadmill. :)

    I found this post quite informative and most folk tend to engage in a healthy lifestyle only when things are hitting the fan. If they looked at their lives holistically they would realize that there is much to their lifestyle that contributes to their lack of productivity.

    Also, your so busy dong all these things that you don’t have time for destructive behaviors.
