Yes it puts all the URL's into a bookmarks folder and then into sub-folders depending on the category of the URL. It's all very neatly organised. Don't worry about that!

Do you know if it put all the stumbles in a folder on the bookmarks? That would be a mess if it didn't. I saw that yesterday and it scared me. I could just imagine the grief it would give my Foxmarks sync :)
