		<description>One rather important thing they forgot to mention, all their calculations don&#039;t take into account friction, any type of friction at all, be it surface to surface friction or air friction will change the speed and the time to get from one end to the other, which will also mean you never quite make it right to the opposite end due to being slowed at least fractionally.</description>

		<description>This obviously wouldn&#039;t hold up for paths perpendicular to the Earth&#039;s gravity, but that&#039;s still pretty neat.  Too bad it&#039;s pretty much it&#039;ll always either be undoable or impractical.</description>
