Where did they get that computer picture ? It seems at least 10/15 years old .. !

    • Kiltak says:

Probably because the article is really old… There’s not date on it, so can’t really say.

      • Ben says:

i find it hard to believe ebay, amazon and buy.com were all around/popular enough for a hack to reach world news back when that computer was considered ‘new’.

  3. Eoin says:

lol at “explode like a large hand grenade” and “within 2 digits of an 87 digit arms code that would have sent russian missiles towards american cities”
and you people try and tell me your country isnt ruled by fear?
hahaha! imagine if people believed this strango, the whole world would collapse from stupidity XD

  4. nick says:

This article is around 5-7 years old I’d guess. I used to get the magazine all the time. I still had this mag until recently when my magazine collection got wet cuz the basement flooded.

  5. D-mon says:

5-7 years old? It’s got a 5.25″ disk drive. 15 years old at the very least. Imagine that 13 years ago, Windows 95 was introduced. Can you imagine installing that from 5.25″ diskettes? Because, apparently it has no CD-ROM drive either.

  6. brandon says:

You never know, it happened in Hackers. If they can hack a Gibson, they can do anything ;)
