It could just buzz over your skin and probably feel all tingly... 2.) Arc into your body and, depending on the current's strength, cause buzz/pain, stun you, or kill you... 3.) If the plasma IS heated, it could burn you. I won't claim that my theories are definitely correct, however I imagine that, as long as you <b>AVOID GROUNDING YOURSELF</b> you'll be okay and the arc may even attempt to avoid you. ...Just wear <b>rubber gloves</b>...
