		<description>I see this being used by home users a lot.. and maybe inside very small businesses too... but not in companies with more thant 30-50 employees...

Managing something like this on a large scale would be pretty nightmarish.</description>

		<description>Its what I've been looking for, but I tried it and it doesn't synchronize meeting invitations which is what I really needed it for.  Hopefully its something that gets fixed shortly.</description>
