"Detect", not "Image" or "Visualize", thus not clear that this constitutes "Seeing" through clothes. The limited information reported ("can distinguish the different types of T-ray waves") could go either way. Interestingly, Yahoo News were more professional and their title specifies that the camera "sees" under clothes - quotation marks which Yahoo Tech then sloppily dropped.
