Do I use Jott?! I don't see myself using a phone without a Jott!!! The integration of Jott and Google Calendar, Mosio, and ability to send Jott to Gmail made my life much easier...
I send Jott to myself and use the Keywords such as: Expense, Note, Reminder and other. When email come to me in Gmail, the various filters are able to put email where they belong based on keyword I used in beginning of Jott, and it is timed and dated too. Ability to add appointments and other info from Jott to Google Calendar is another thing not to be missed. Also I can always schedule wake-up message with Jott Reminder. I love this thing!!

I use Jott all the time. I've been using it for almost a year now (though not on a BlackBerry) and it has reinvented the way I use my phone. Its great to be able to send emails while driving and add things to my to do lists through Jott links.

I don't type out responses to text messages any more (even though I have a QWERTY keyboard on my phone) - I just Jott back.

I use Jott everyday. Many times a day.
