Awful. But, here's a little tidbit. Most large scale turbines are designed with featherable blades and rotor locks. During storms and high wind, they automatically feather (flatten the blades) so the turbine won't spin too fast, and set the rotor locks. This one didn't, and I'd be all over the manufacturer to find out why the hell it didn't. I can't tell the size of the turbine there, I'm guessing it was industrial-sized (ala, 10-15' blades), and there is no excuse for something that size NOT to auto-shutdown during high rotation. Yumpin Yiminy. Awful.
