Based on those prices, it looks like iTunes is really expensive in the UK.  It&#039;s only 99 cents in the US for a song.  

I might like to support those who work well with Linux, but I can&#039;t stand the idea of buying anything and not having a hardcopy.  I like CDs and records.  I can rip them, but if my hard drive dies, I don&#039;t have to rebuy everything.  Besides, I have a nice new Linux-compatible, Ogg-Vorbis-compatible Cowon iAudio 7.  I don&#039;t even need mp3 codecs anymore :)  And so, I don&#039;t have mp3 codecs installed.  Screw patent-encumbered crap!</description>
