I tried uploading this to my YouMail account for the default voicemail of all unknown/blocked numbers… it doesn't seem to work, at least not yet :(

It seems the link you posted for the SIT-VC.WAV file doesn't work. I found this one that works: http://artofhacking.com/files/sounds/SIT-VC.WAV I guess this doesn't work for Spain :)
